College of Creative Arts
Students pursuing a major within the College of Creative Arts are required to submit a portfolio and/or schedule an audition by the application deadline except for those pursuing a major in History of Art and Architecture or Interactive Media Studies. Farmer School of Business
To be admitted into Farmer School of Business, a transfer student must have earned at least 30 graded credit hours that apply toward the Bachelor of Science in Business degree. Typically, transfer students have an overall GPA of 3.50 or higher in all graded credit hours earned and have completed MTH 151 and ECO 201 (or equivalent course credit including AP, post-secondary, or transfer credits). To maximize your financial aid eligibility, we encourage you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). By completing this application, you will be applying for all federal, state, and University financial aid, including grants, scholarships, loans, and federal work-study.
Limited Transfer Admission to Programs
You are invited to declare a major when you apply for transfer admission. If you are undecided in your choice of major, you will be placed in the College of Arts and Science.
Transfer admission to some programs is limited, with requirements such as a higher grade point average (GPA) or upperclass standing. These programs are included in the following divisions:

- Art (Studio)
- Graphic Design
- Interior Design
- Music Composition
- Music Education
- Music Performance
- Adolescent to Young Adult Education**
- Early Childhood Education
- Foreign Language Education**
- Middle Childhood Education
- Social Work**
- Special Education
