Aquatics Intern
The Aquatic Intern position is designed to assist the Associate Director in the administration of the Aquatic Center for the health and well being of patrons and staff is upheld to the highest standard.

Intern Customer and Facility Services
Supports the Office of Recreational Sports Customer Service Areas (Pro Shop, Reception, Equipment Checkout and Facility Supervision) under the direction of the Director. Provides support to meet user group requests and special event needs.

Intern, Intramural Sports
Assists in the administration and management of all operational and programming aspects of the intramural sports program, including officials training, scheduling, risk management planning, assisting with informal recreation and special events.

Assistant Director of Aquatics
The Assistant Director assumes functional and administrative responsibility for the direction of the American Red Cross program, and the Lifeguard program and assists with aquatic event management and risk management.

Assistant Makos Swim Coach
The candidate should be passionately motivated and excited while working collaboratively with the MAKOS staff in building towards continuous growth and advancement of our swimmers.

Lifeguard
General Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-10pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 10am-8pm
Basic Duties: Provide a safe swimming environment by enforcing rules, policies and responding to emergencies.
Requirements: Certified in American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED and First Aid

Rec Center Facility Coordinator
General Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-10pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sun, 10am-8pm
Basic Duties: Responsibilities are to maintain the safety and well-being of all Recreation drop-in and program participants across all Recreation sites.
Requirements: Certified in American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid

Rec Center Pro Shop / Front Desk
General Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-10pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 10am-8pm
Basic Duties: Provides Customer Service to members and patrons entering the facility.
Requirements: Strong communication skills and customer service background preferred

Outdoor Pursuits, Team Building
General Hours: Mainly weekends, some weeknights
Basic Duties: Facilitate team building programs & challenge courses
Requirements: CPR certification, comfortable in social situations

General Hours: weekdays 2-9pm, weekends 2-6pm
Basic Duties: supervision of climbing wall and equipment, belay testing

Outdoor Pursuits, Youth Climbing Team Coach
General Hours: Mondays & Thursdays 4-7pm, Wednesdays 2-7pm
Basic Duties: Plan and supervise youth climbing practices, trips and activities for 5-16 year olds

Outdoor Pursuits, Assistant Trip Leader
General Hours: evenings and weekends (often overnight)
Basic Duties: coordinate logistics for outdoor trips & lead peers in outdoor activities

Basic Duties: officiate games, set-up equipment, track scores

Equestrian Barn Worker
General Hours: Saturday/Sunday 8am-12pm; Mon-Fri 7am-10am; 3pm-9pm
Basic Duties: stall cleaning, feeding horses, turnout/bring in, facility upkeep
Requirements: strong work ethic, ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly
