Fitness Programs

Current Miami faculty, staff, and graduate students can attend five free fitness classes per week at the Rec Center. Bring your Miami ID and show it to the instructor to participate. Free fitness classes continue through May 5.

Wednesday Lunch Bunch

The Wednesday Lunch Bunch is free to access every Wednesday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. to the Rec Center for faculty and staff. Facility orientations, basketball, pickleball, swimming, exercise, running, and more are included.
