Accurate measurements of resident satisfaction in long-term care settings can provide administrators with valuable information to improve the quality of care. However, such assessment has been insufficient in long-term care facilities of China due to limited validated measuring instruments. We aim to translate and validate a Chinese version of the resident satisfaction assessment based upon the Ohio Long-term Care Resident Satisfaction Survey (OLCRSS).
