William Boone
Professor Boone has worked in the field of Rasch Measurement now for over 20 years. Dr. Boone earned a B.S. in Geology at Indiana University. He then continued studies completing a Master’s degree in Geophysics (Earthquake Seismology) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For three years he served as a high school instructor for physics. During that time he was honored for his teaching as a Woodrow Wilson Master Physics Teacher. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Chicago (Program in Measurement, Evaluation and Statistical Analysis) with Benjamin Wright as his thesis advisor.
