Senior Associate Director

I joined the Student Success Center at Miami in June of 2021 as the Senior Associate Director for Student Success. I support all our success initiatives to increase persistence and retention of students through the strategic use of data, technology and student development best practices. I want to continue finding proactive and creative ways to reach our Miami students and help them thrive in college and beyond.

Before joining the team at Miami I worked in student success at Xavier University and in academic advising at Purdue University. Before working in higher education I spent time leading youth and teen programs for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. A common thread through all my professional experiences is building strong relationships with others and promoting education both in the classroom and through experiential learning opportunities.

I earned my Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Ball State University.
