Learn Conversational Chinese This Fall
The Confucius Institute at Miami University is offering free conversational Chinese classes to employees starting on September 12, 2018.
The class is divided into two levels. Level 1 is for beginners and Level 2 is for people who have a background in learning Chinese.
Job enrichment points are available for any eligible, classified staff member participating in the job enrichment program. Staff members must attend every session within a course to receive job enrichment points and must sign in at each session for attendance verification.
Upon completion of the course, the staff member must submit the Job Enrichment Course Approval/Point Request Form, along with the certificate of completion to Human Resources Staff Development to receive credit. Staff members may contact their job enrichment administrator with any questions.
Conversational Chinese Level 1
10-week course
- Dates: Wednesdays starting September 12, 2018
- Time: 4-5pm
- Location: 1006 FSB
Conversational Chinese Level 2
10-week course
- Dates: Thursdays starting September 13, 2018
- Time: 4-5pm
- Location: 224 KRG
