During the 2020 fiscal year, Dr. Fauzia Ahmed, associate professor of sociology, conducted participatory action research on gender and empowerment among Rohingya women in refugee camps.
Karla Guinigundo (Global Initiatives) and Vaishali Raval (Psychology) were recently awarded a $99,525 grant through the US Mission India Public Diplomacy Grants Program "Promoting Internationalization of Indian Universities Through U.S. collaborations."
