JOIN US REMOTELY!  We have canceled in-person writing hours starting March 13 until further notice, but you can still join in remotely on Friday mornings by completing this form to register, set your goal(s) for motivation and accountability, and be included in the #FiveFridays Challenge!

For additional motivation, you can join other writers in a Webex video meeting (no sound), hosted by the HCWE. The link for the meeting will also be available on the check-in form and in the meeting invitation you'll receive after checking in.

We hope to see you there!

New This Spring: The #FiveFridays Challenge! Join us for 5 Friday Writing Hours and receive a $20 Amazon gift card.

Faculty and graduate students are invited for any length of time to work on their writing. We provide free coffee, tea, and power for your laptops.

Faculty, graduate students, and faculty or dissertation writing groups are also welcome to use the Howe Writing Center space in King Library all day on Saturdays and Sundays until noon. King Library's recently renovated Faculty Reading Room (1st floor) and Graduate Student Reading Room (2nd floor) are also available any time the library is open.
