The Power of Pre-tax Deductions

Employee medical, dental and vision premiums are examples of pre-tax deductions.  In additional to those deductions, employees may elect to participate in other pre-tax benefits (e.g. FSA, HAS, 457, 403(b)) to add benefit value while reducing their taxable income.

In this session Julie Peter, Client Relationship Manager with Chard Snyder and Karen Wilson, Director Benefits & Wellness, will review the benefits, the tax savings opportunities, and other considerations to participate.

Financial Wellness – Managing today for a brighter tomorrow

What is a Financial Wellness? Some financial experts define financial wellness as “effectively managing your economic life.”  This sounds easy but putting it into action can be a challenge.

“The good news, though, is that we can improve the security of our futures through financial literacy. With a better understanding of the basics of finance—how to save, budget and invest—we can increase both our earning potential and our prospects for a solid financial future.”

Join William Whiteley IV, Financial Advisor and Dean Koller, District Vice President with AIG, as they present financial wellness in a way that helps you take steps to a brighter future.
