Behavior-based interviewing is designed to identify screening competencies, effectively conduct behavioral interviews, objectively evaluate candidate responses, and avoid legal pitfalls. 

Sample Competency Questions

After reviewing the list of questions below and identifying which ones to use, you must use the same questions for each applicant. It is permissible to ask follow-up questions based on applicant responses.
