IAM Update: Secret Questions, RapidIdentity, and Miami Accounts
As we prepare to launch our new IGA tool, RapidIdentity, we are making some changes to your password recovery options for your Miami account. We are soon getting rid of secret questions therefore, by March 28, you will need to have a phone number and personal email address on file for a valid self-service password recovery method.
Spring Break Maintenance Windows
Between March 25 and March 29, IT Services will be performing maintenance and implementing changes. The changes will include a new password management platform, quarterly oracle grid patching, networking (Wi-Fi and hardwired internet) changes, and a VPN hardware upgrade.
Dates Set for ShredFest 2024
It's that time of the year again! We have officially established the dates for ShredFest, 2024. Have old documents you want to get rid of? Come down and have them shredded! On Monday, May 13, a mobile shredder will be at the Middletown campus from 9-11a.m, and at the Hamilton campus from 1:30-3:30p.m. And then on Thursday, May 16, the shredder will be at the Oxford campus from 12-4 p.m.
