Miami's Security, Compliance, and Risk Management group rolled out online security awareness training as part of an ongoing offort to strengthen information security. This training is provided by the highly regarded SANS Institute. 

The training typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete, and it can be done in pieces since the system will save a user's progress through the modules. Each individual module should take five to seven minutes on average. Everyone is encouraged to complete the training, as it helps keep Miami safe from data theft.
