A green check means you are in compliant with your vaccination documentation for Miami's requirement. You can see your status when you log into MyMiami.

Not sure if you uploaded your vaccine documentation correctly?

Log in to MiamiOH.edu/VaxCheck to check the status of your documentation or exemption. Be sure to check the "as of" date and time. If you have taken action since that time the record will not reflect the change.

You will also see compliant status in MyMiami. A green check means your records are up-to-date.

Employees who submitted prior to September 2021 may need to re-submit to include the COVID-19 vaccination card.

Faculty and staff can receive January bonus

President Greg Crawford thanked the Miami community for their efforts in staying Healthy Together in an Oct. 5 email memo to faculty and staff.

"The lingering global pandemic continues to impact each of us personally and in our work at Miami.  While there will never be enough ways to thank you for all that you have accomplished the last eighteen months and your commitment to Miami and our students, we want to demonstrate our appreciation by providing faculty and staff with a mid-year bonus."

  • Full-time employees will receive a $500 gratitude bonus and part-time employees will receive a $250 gratitude bonus.
  • This payment will be provided to all faculty and staff (classified and unclassified) who were employed on September 1, 2021, and are still employed on January 15, 2022. 
  • In further recognition for all that has been accomplished during the fall semester, staff will not be required to use any vacation days for the Winter Break (December 24-January 1).
  • To qualify for the bonus payment and the additional vacation days, employees must provide proof by October 25 that they have received at least their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine or have requested an exemption by October 15.
  • For those employees who have only received their first dose by October 25, they must also provide proof of having received their second dose by November 30.The bonus will be included in the employee’s last paycheck in January.
