Families welcome for weekend of fun at Miami

Athletic Hall of Fame inductees

Miami University will honor the 45th Hall of Fame Athletic Class Saturday, Oct. 5, during the football game halftime show and at a special induction dinner 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening.

The 45th Hall of Fame Class: Heather Cusick ’03 (women’s basketball), Dave Dixon ‘92 (men’s swimming), Larry Janis ’64 (wrestling), Andrea Kremer ’04 (women’s cross country/track & field), Amy Miranda ’04 (women’s swimming) and Jessica Stout ’98 (volleyball) comprise the Class of 2013-14, which will be inducted that evening.

The induction dinner will be held at the Shriver Center, Multipurpose Room. Tickets are still availbe for the dinner and may be purchased by visiting or calling the Miami Athletics Ticket Office at 513-529-4295.

Cost is $31 per person and reservations for the induction dinner must be made by 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30. No walk-up tickets will be available.

Miami Football vs. Central Michigan, 1 p.m. at Yager Stadium

RedHawk fans can receive a special ticket package for the Central Michigan game at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, in Yager Stadium.

Known for Hot Pockets, bacon and the funny parts of parenting, Jim Gaffigan is one of the hottest comedians currently touring. Tickets are no longer available.
