End of the year is coming — Need to change your W-2 mailing address?

w2-formWith the year-end and tax reporting season quickly approaching, payroll services wants to make sure it has a correct W-2 mailing address on file for all employees. Employees can update their W-2 mailing address via BannerWeb.  To change your address, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to BannerWeb via MyMiami.
  2. Click Personal Information Tab.
  3. Click on Update Address and Phone link.
  4. Update your W-2 mailing address.
  5. Click Submit Button.

 

Also, all employees are currently set up to receive their W-2 forms electronically, so printed copies will not be generated. To opt out of electronic consent, follow these instructions:

 

  1. Log in to BannerWeb via MyMiami.
  2. Click Employee Services Online.
  3. Click Tax Forms Link.
  4. Click Electronic W-2 and 1095-C Consent Click.
  5. Unselect the check box for your electronic consent and click the Submit button.
