University Statement of Non-Discrimination
This policy prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, genetic information, military status, national origin (ancestry), pregnancy, race, religion, sex/gender, status as a parent or foster parent, sexual orientation or protected veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, programs or employment practices. The policy also identifies and provides contact information for the Title IX, ADA and Section 504 Coordinators for the University.

Rule 3.04: Americans with Disabilities Act

Sexual Misconduct Protocol for Employees and Other Non-Students
This Protocol prohibits violations of Title IX -sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking ,domestic violence and dating violence. It provides information about reporting violations, available support and resources and governs the process forreporting, investigating and resolving reports alleging Title IX violations by employees.
