About

Developing an educated workforce is one of Ohio’s top priorities. Not only does it lead to universal economic growth and stability, education plays a major role in the growth and progress of a society. Work+ is a program at Miami University Regionals that was initiated by State Senator Bill Coley, to give students the opportunity to earn a college degree for little to no out-of-pocket expense.
Referred to as a win-win for all parties, the Work+ program makes college financially feasible for students while providing a stable labor force for participating employers. Students in the program are also supported throughout their college career by having a dedicated Miami University Advisor to assist with student and career development.
