Training and Job Aids
Platform Training in Workday
Faculty and staff can view recorded training sessions and access job aids directly within Workday. To access these, enter “LRN: Workday” in the search box at the top of your Workday page, then select the course title you would like to view.
Platform Training in Canvas
The “Workday Training Materials” Canvas site provides faculty and staff recordings of Workday training classes. You will find links to job aid packets, and, for some of the classes, a copy of the presentation slides. The site also hosts generic Workday job aids on a variety of topics.
Workday Student Training
Workday Student training will be offered continuously as new functionality is finalized and introduced, beginning in the Fall of 2026 for most users. Impacted groups will be invited to participate in training opportunities as they become available. Materials and sessions will be delivered in multiple formats to help every campus community member build their knowledge and skills.
