Position and Suffix Each assignment has to be processed on a separate EPAF (a unique JOB); a unique JOB is represented by the summer departmental position number and different SUFFIX per EPAF. Track the use of suffixes for each person and do not duplicate.
Suffix Non-workshop: 64, 65, or 66
Workshop: 57, 58, or 59
