Each year, more than 2,000 Miami undergraduates work with professors on funded research, many starting their freshman year. Approximately 36% of Miami seniors report that they have worked on a research project with a faculty member. (2016)
Student Academic Achievement Award
The Provost's Student Academic Achievement Award (PSAAA) is given annually to students who have achieved an outstanding record of academic excellence. The selection committee reviews nominations and awards 10–15 students with a $1000 scholarship and certificate of recognition.
Policy Issues (General Counsel)
The Office of General Counsel provides legal advice and representation to Miami University.
Scheduling (Registrar)
The Office of the Registrar supports faculty with services such as classroom scheduling, class rosters, grade submission, course lists, final exam schedule, and other registrar related topics.
