Supporting Student Success. Together, We Will.

As the Student Success Center (SCC), our goal is to support all Miami students in reaching their goals. From day one, our team aims to empower individuals by providing programs, resources, and services that will enable them to achieve. Academic success plans, problem-solving, transitioning to or from college life, navigating campus resources, and discussing your unique needs - no matter how complex or straightforward the obstacle is - we're ready and willing to help.

First-Generation Students

Miami's First-Generation initiative seeks to build a community of first-generation college students and their allies while celebrating their resilience, tenacity, and achievements.

Learn About Bridges Scholars

Students who complete the Bridges Program are invited to participate in the Bridges Scholars Program once they enroll at Miami. This opportunity is devoted to creating a successful transition to Miami University.

Learn About Miami GradU8 Scholar

Select students will work with a Success Advocate from day one and be introduced to campus resources, organizations, tutoring, internships, study abroad and research that will help you graduate in eight semesters.

Get Help with Miami Cares

Miami Cares is a program that provides students with access to critical resources, such as food, temporary housing, laptop replacement assistance, and more. If you're in need of help, we're here for you.
