As a newcomer to Oxford, my favorite thing about Miami is the welcoming feel and hospitality that everyone on campus has shown me. When I walk past students, staff, and faculty who I don’t know, they always smile and greet me, letting me know that I am in a place where I am valued as an individual and member of the Miami community.
