GET Mobile Ordering

In order to help limit the amount of person-to-person interaction that is necessary, select a la carte Food & Beverage locations will begin offering a mobile or online ordering option through the GET app beginning Fall 2020. Everyone with a Miami ID will be able to order ahead, pay online, and pick-up at designated locations. Most menu options that are available in person will also be available on the app, but not all.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get the app?

A: Go to the app store and search ‘GET mobile’. It will be the first option that comes up in your search.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Open the app, and select Miami University of Ohio. Enter your Miami Unique ID and password to login. You’ll be asked to create and enter a PIN code. Make note of this pin and keep it for future logins. Once logged in, make sure to update your contact information with your preferred email address and phone number. Users will not be able to place orders unless a valid phone number is entered. It is also how the app will alert customers that their orders are ready for pick-up.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Once on the main screen of the GET App, you can scroll to the ‘Explore’ section or ‘Order’ section. Locations that are open for mobile ordering will appear as green. Select your location, time for pick up and menu items. An order is only confirmed once you’ve received an email confirmation.

Q: I tried to place an order, but it's not going through. What do I do?

A: If paying with a credit card, make sure all your billing information is up to date and entered correctly. If paying with declining dollars, double check that you have enough funds remaining on your meal plan. You must have enough funds to pay for the entirety of your order, or it will not process.
