Event Security
The nature of your event may require paid security specific to your group. Your event planner will consult on university requirements and assist with arranging for the necessary services.
Conference Guest Safety
Optional security detail can be arranged to meet your group’s needs. Whether requesting 24-hour bell desk for residence halls, customized patrols for event management, or our team addressing your group to prioritize personal safety, your planner can find the right mixture of services for your group.
Emergency Text Messaging for Conference Guests
Miami University has contracted with Omnilert (e2Campus) to provide emergency notification services to the university community via cell phone text messages and email. The system, "Miami Emergency Text Messaging System," is available to designated adults with responsibilities at camps and conferences by being enrolled via this google form.
