These videos highlight segments from a presentation delivered at the 2020 National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE) virtual conference. The presentations share learnings from the Ohio Adult Learner Working Group, sponsored by the Ohio Department of Higher Education, on how institutions of higher education can address gaps in equity. The first video gives an overview of the entire presentation, and the following five videos each highlight one step in the student experience: Connections and Recruitment, Entry and Enrollment, Progress and Persistence, Completion, and Transition.
