Ms. Sullivan has thirteen years of experience working with government and international organizations to rapidly design, deploy, evaluate, and refine programs to improve public health across the globe. Since joining Deloitte's Global Public Sector Practice eleven years ago, she has advised leaders of organizations working at the intersection of health and security including the Department of Homeland Security's Chief Medical Officer, the World Bank in Columbia, the Division of Global HIV/AIDS and the Center for Global Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization's Roll Back Malaria Partnership. Through each of these engagements, Ms. Sullivan has demonstrated her ability to engage with stakeholders across various countries and technical areas of expertise, lead continuous process improvement efforts, facilitate the development and implementation of policy, programs, and communications, and promote the use of data for decision making.
