Chris Emproto wins Award
Chris Emproto has been awarded the Graduate School's Graduate Student Teaching Award for spring 2020. Chris is well-deserving of this award. In the words of his advisor John Rakovan, "Chris has a truly exceptional record of undergraduate mentoring/teaching, and he is most deserving of recognition by this Graduate Student Teaching Award. He has mentored several undergraduate students leading to a published paper in the Journal Minerals, a Mineralogical Society of America research proposal and numerous regional and national presentations by those students".
Join us in congratulating Chris on this wonderful achievement that speaks to his abilities as a teacher and mentor for our undergraduates. Congratulations Chris!
