GILMAN SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED

One of our own students received Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to help fund his study abroad experiences during the fall 2017 semester. Bryan Kubota, senior, psychology and East Asian Languages and Cultures double major, will participate in Miami's Kansai Gaidai exchange program in Japan. 

Two of our own majors received Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships to help fund their study abroad experiences during the spring 2018 semester.

JAPANESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST

The following students have taken the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. JLPT is an internationally accredited language examination organized by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.

• Ju Liu—has been admitted to Tohoku University, one of the best universities in Japan, for his graduate studies.
