During a German Honor Society's initiation ceremony, one of the members alerted the group to a very interesting interview of another Miami University German Honor Society member from 1968 and former Miami University Provost, Dr. Ronald Crutcher. Dr. Crutcher is an American classical musician and President of Richmond University. Dr. Crutcher was interviewed by special Africa correspondent for NPR, Charlayne Hunter-Gault.  The interview was published by PBS News Hour on February 25, 2021 and was titled “Looking back in history to help inform and improve future race relations.”
