Paper and Poster Requirements for Symposium Presentation
PAPER PRESENTATION: Your presentation must be under 20 minutes (4,000 word max paper). If using PowerPoint, please come prepared with your presentation on a flash drive. We will have projectors, laptop, and portable audio speakers available (for your convenience if necessary).
POSTER REQUIREMENTS FOR DISPLAY: 24” x 36” rolled poster. Please bring printed and ready to display. We will have a displayed poster session throughout the Symposium.

Directions to Miami University
Visiting Miami provides directions to Miami University, including maps and driving times from major regional and east coast cities, instructions on obtaining a visitor’s parking pass, and airport information.
The two major airports located within the shortest driving distance to Oxford are the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) or Dayton International Airports (DAY), please let us know via email so we can assist with ground transportation information to Miami University.
Registration Options
Full Symposium Registration - $250
Participating in the full symposium allows one to attend and participate in all symposium sessions and presentations, have a 24” x 36” poster printed* and put on display for the duration of the event, a proceedings book (printed and digital), coffee and refreshments and a formal dinner to follow the first night.
Virtual Symposium Registration - $100
Participating in the virtual symposium allows one to Skype into the symposium sessions and present virtually, have a 24” x 36” poster printed* and put on display for the duration of the event and a proceedings book (digital).
Poster Symposium Registration - $50
Participating in the poster symposium allows one to have a 24” x 36” poster printed* and put on display for the duration of the event and a proceedings book (digital).
Guest Symposium Registration - $80
Participating as a guest allows one to attend the formal dinner to follow the first night.
