Thanks to all who participated in the 2022 Global Game Jam at Miami University in January.

The 2023 Global Game Jam will return to its usual in-person format. Details will be posted here in October 2022.  We hope to see you next year.

About Global Game Jam

The Global Game Jam (GGJ) is the world's largest game jam event, occurring simultaneously in locations around the world. Once again Global Game Jam at Miami will produce high-quality games, with high-octane fun, teamwork, and networking.

Build a game with us and you can:

• meet and work with Miami students and ETBD Games faculty (online)
• form a team, or bring a team, to build a full game in just 48 hours
• network with other GGJ sites through our Streaming Wall
• be part of the world's biggest game-creation event

No previous experience is needed to join the GGJ. If you work with games already, or have a specific set of design skills you want to bring to the mix (music, art, coding, story), that's great.  However, anyone with desire and energy can and will make a game at the Jam.
