
Students and the Art Museum

Miami Students have opportunities to engage with the Art Museum in a multitude of ways. Visit, tour, attend or host events, work behind the scenes with museum staff, and study/research works numbering more than 17,500 in our encyclopedic collections. Admission to the Art Museum is always free for Miami students.
Student-Created Exhibitions
Each year students are invited to create an artistic response to a particular topic or question. The responses, which can take a variety of forms and mediums, are then juried for inclusion in the student response exhibition for the following Spring semes
It's Our World
In this eighth juried Student Response Exhibition (SRE), Miami University students are called upon to creatively respond to a theme - the Environment. This Fall 2023 SRE, It's Our World, will be one of two exhibitions during the 2023-2024 academic year developed in conjunction with Miami University's FOCUS theme of Sustainability led by the Institute for Environment and Sustainability.
