Trying to keep it together at home without the use of a torch can be difficult. This virtual workshop will have you connecting in a new way with an EASY at-home set up using minimal equipment. Live, interactive demonstrations will include various applications of cold connections to keep your jewelry pieces together including use of tension, rivet, and tab stone settings using
cabochons and/or found objects to make beautiful rings and pendants out of non-ferrous metals. Sawing techniques and surface finishes will also be covered during class.

We will connect with each other to share ideas and inspiration, solve technical problems, explore design concepts, and help each other through constructive critiques to create beautiful jewelry pieces. Everyone will understand the basic fundamentals of using cold connection techniques for stone settings and fabrication processes as a group and through one-on-one consultations. All skill levels are welcome!
