Miami Voice Students Take Home Honors

Nine Miami University Department of Music voice students took home honors at the Ohio National Association of Teachers of Singing Fall Audition. This annual competition offers all students the opportunity to pursue individual performance goals in an atmosphere of support and respect, nurturing a collaborative effort towards the highest standards of artistry and technique.

"We are so proud of our Miami students!" says Professor Alison Acord. "Fifteen of them prepared to sing in the Ohio NATS auditions. It's a huge undertaking and requires focused dedication and a high level of polish. Nine of them were honored with awards.
