The vibrant choral programs of Miami University – the Choraliers, Chamber Singers, and Men's Glee Club – are set to captivate audiences with a collaborative performance at Cincinnati Music Hall on April 3rd, 2024.

This extraordinary evening, produced in collaboration between the Miami University Department of Music and Performing Arts Series, promises a musical journey filled with harmonious melodies and soul-stirring arrangements, showcasing the \ talent and dedication of Miami University's choral ensembles. Under the direction of Jeremy D. Jones, Reina Dickey and Robyn Lana, these ensembles will come together on one stage, combining their voices to create a powerful and unforgettable musical experience. Alumni of all three Miami Choirs are encouraged to attend to celebrate these ensembles' past and support them going into the future.

he Miami University singers will share the stage with three choirs from regional high schools—Lakota East Black and Silver Ensembles, Mason Men’s Choir, and Talawanda Chamber Singers. Miami Department of Music Chair, Fisher-Holoviak Endowed Professor and director of the Men’s Glee Club Jeremy D. Jones conceived the grand finale where around 250 voices will blend with stunning power to fill the hall. Dr. Jones states,

“We are honored to showcase our incredible vocal student on the storied stage of Cincinnati Music Hall. To also provide space for regional high school students to share this stage and show them what the next step in their journey as a musician could be is what I am personally most proud of.”

The historic Cincinnati Music Hall provides the perfect backdrop for this special event, offering a grand and acoustically rich setting that enhances the magic of live choral music. The hall's renowned Springer Auditorium provides an intimate yet expansive setting that allows the nuances of choral music to be fully appreciated.
