Bob & Sue Feeser Scholarship

Bob and Sue are proud graduates of Miami University class of 1984. They became an official Miami Merger in 1986. After Miami, Sue worked in marketing for an agency in Cincinnati and later for business before becoming a full-time parent. Sue is very active in her church and a number of local charities. Bob also earned a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from Duke University, where he graduated with honors as a Fuqua Scholar. Bob's professional career is in the pulp and paper industry; a direct result of graduating from Miami's Paper Science and Engineering program. He is currently president, Consumer Packaging for WestRock, a $20 billion global packaging company. Bob joined the company in 1987, and over his thirty-year career, he has held leadership roles in operations, sales, marketing, R&D, and general management across the company's businesses in North America, Asia Pacific, Brazil and India. Bob is a past member of the TAPPI board of directors and was named a TAPPI Fellow in 2016. He is a member of the American Forest & Paper Association and past chairman of the bleached board committee, director of the WestRock Foundation, director and member of the executive committee of the Science Museum Foundation of Virginia, and serves on FM Global's advisory board. Along the way, Sue and Bob moved nine times while raising two children, Benjamin, and Kate. They live in Richmond, Virginia and are excited about the opportunity to support Miami's Paper Engineering program.
