Robotics Engineering

Miami’s Robotics Engineering (RE) program will prepare students for the rapidly changing job market. Students are trained on the fundamentals of Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science. The broad training for the RE students gives them a great amount of flexibility in meeting the demands of a dynamic workplace in the future. The interdisciplinary nature of the program also makes it easier for RE students to double major with Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Software Engineering or Computer Science. Application areas include: automated systems, smart homes and cities, health care, advanced manufacturing, transportation, and many others.

The robotics engineering program is a four-year program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. For curriculum details, please visit the degree requirements page.
