Transfer Guest Ticket

Guest Ticket Transfer Instructions

  1. Log in into your account using the email and password that you set up when ordering your commencement tickets.
  2. If not directed to the "My Account" screen, click on "My Account" on the top menu bar.
  3. Once you are on your "My Account" page, go to the menu listing on the right-hand side of the screen and click on "transfer".
  4. Once you click on "transfer" you will see your commencement ceremony listed. Check the box next to your commencement listing and click "next".
  5. You will see the listing of your tickets on the following screen. From there you can click on each ticket you want to be sent to someone and enter their first name, last name, email, and confirm email and then click "next". You can send multiple tickets to the same person or you can send each ticket to a different person, based on your needs.
  6. On the next screen, it will show you the tickets you are transferring and the person to receive the tickets. You can then click "Yes, Make Transfer" to send them the tickets.
  7. Your family member/friend will receive an email with the tickets you have passed along to them along with directions on how to accept the tickets.

Note: Any ticket you transfer is now with that person and not you. You will no longer have access to that ticket through the portal (in your account).
