Curriculum Vitae

Scholarly Interests

I commit to an active interdisciplinary research agenda by focusing my interests on mediated sport fandom, the formation of fan and consumer identities, and the socio-cultural investigation of sport. I currently research:
• How media influences the processes through which sport fandom is formed
• The roles media play in shaping the contemporary sport culture.
• Soccer analytics
To pursue my interdisciplinary line of research, I explore and utilize multiple qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
