With a focus on Leadership, Culture and Curriculum, this program features a set of core classes and a self-designed concentration reflecting your interests and career focus. Core classes provide a foundation in the disciplines of educational leadership, administration, curriculum theory, and cultural foundations.
A part-time program for working leaders in P-12 contexts and institutions located in central, south and northwestern Ohio. The primary goal of this degree is to prepare democratic leaders who engage issues of equity, ethics, and social justice to create solutions to complex problems of educational practice.
This individualized graduate degree is built around the specific needs of students in new and emerging fields as well as in traditional disciplines. It prepares professionals to have a global, cross-disciplinary, and interdisciplinary lens to investigate issues, generate knowledge, and develop innovative responses to critical areas.

The curriculum centers around 3 foci: learning as a personal transformation, intersections among learners' characteristics and learning contexts, and understanding the self as a learner and educator.
