  • Attend an exclusive first-semester institute to kick-start access to career resources and skills.
  • Network with Miami alumni, employers, and industry representatives through priority
  • Attendance at career treks, networking events, and local and immersive experiences.
  • Reflect on individual career goals and how they align with co-curricular and academic pursuits over your collegiate career.

Required Course

EDL 100: Career Development for the College Student - A two-credit course dedicated to learning about university resources, internships and careers, and professional skill sets. Students will dive into resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, exploration assessments, diversity practices, and virtual presence.

Events & Programs

Additional opportunities available through EDL 100, EDL 110, and BWS 101 courses affiliated with the Neighborhood in Stanton Hall.
