FSB Global Studies has partnered with international internship providers CRCC Asia to offer FSB students high impact, full semester virtual global internships. Our sector and location specific virtual internships provide intercultural learning and professional development opportunities. Internship placement is guaranteed through personalized resume, cover letter, and interview preparation. You will work with an English-speaking supervisor on project-based assignments with tangible outcomes.  Substantial scholarship opportunities are available thanks to the generosity of the Jenkins Global Scholarship. Program Dates: Fall dates are August 24, 2020 to December 11, 2020. Spring dates are January 25 to May 14.

Locations: Virtual internships in China, India, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom and Vietnam (10-12 hours a week)

Credits: 3 credit hours

Courses:  Students will take two required courses: BUS 340 (1 credit hour) and BUS 420 (2 credit hours); see fees page for breakdown of tuition and fees.

Eligibility: 2.7 GPA by July for a fall semester virtual internship or December for a spring semester virtual internship. Student must have sophomore standing. All majors welcome to apply but student must be an FSB student to qualify for the Jenkins Global Scholarship.

Available Career Sectors: Business, Computer Science and IT, Creative Design and Fashion, Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Startup, Finance, Green Technology, Sustainability and Environment, Health, Wellness and Sports Management, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Tourism and Events, International Development, NGO and Charity, Legal, Logistics and Supply Chain, Marketing, Media, Communications and Publishing, Real Estate, Recruitment and HR, Urban Planning and Architecture

Program Cost:  2 credit hours of Miami University tuition + $650 program fee

Program Fee includes: Individualized resume, cover letter and interview preparation, internship placement counseling, 12 global internship curriculum, 8 hours of language instruction, full-time support and access to career coach, internship support, and international business seminars.
