Immediately prior to joining Fifth Third in 2017, Jessica was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking group at KeyBanc Capital Markets.  While at KeyBanc, she focused on executing M&A for both private and public companies across the Consumer and Industrial verticals.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing from Miami University and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.  She currently resides in Rocky River, Ohio.

Sarah is a Vice President of Finance with Royalty Pharma in New York. The company focuses on the acquisition of pharmaceutical royalties and has over $16 billion in royalty assets. Royalty Pharma funds innovation in life sciences both directly and indirectly: directly when it partners with life sciences companies to co-develop and co-fund products in late-stage clinical trials, and indirectly when it acquires existing royalty interests from the original innovators (academic institutions, research hospitals, foundations and inventors). Sarah joined Royalty Pharma in 2014 and previously worked as an analyst and associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. 

Sarah is a graduate of the Farmer School of Business with degrees in Finance, Accountancy and Spanish. She resides in Brooklyn, New York with her family.

Bryce leads the Midwest region for Coastal Ridge Real Estate's Investment team and is based in Columbus, OH. He is responsible for assisting with deal sourcing, property underwriting and structuring, acquisition due diligence, and portfolio analysis.

He previously worked as an Associate at Brookfield Financial in New York City, NY where he was focused on property and portfolio brokerage, recapitalization or restructuring, and debt placement and advisory across all major asset classes including alternative sectors such as healthcare and self-storage.

Prior to Brookfield Financial, Bryce worked for Monday Properties in acquisitions and at JP Morgan in their Real Estate Investment Banking group. He graduated from the Farmer School of Business Honors Program at Miami University with a B.S. in Finance.

Sam Korach was a 2015 graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting & Sociology and an M.S. in Accountancy.

Sam began his career with EY as a strategy consultant in Chicago, IL. He then was appointed as Startups, Disruption and Innovation Manager for EYs Growth Markets team. From 2016-2018, he served as the EY Advisor in Residence at Cintrifuse, a public-private partnership whose mission is to transform Cincinnati into the premier startup / innovation hub in the Midwest. There, he lead client relationships for a corporate innovation program and as a project director of Spry Labs, a healthcare venture-building studio turning ideas into vetted business concepts and prototypes in a short period of time. He’s now returned to consulting in EY’s Innovation & Growth Strategy practice.

Sam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has published work with the Journal for Applied Business Research and the USA Today. Sam serves on the boards of the William Isaac and Michael J. Oxley Center for Business Leadership and the Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC) at Miami University.

Prior to being senior director, Daniel joined Ernst & Young's assurance practice in Chicago as a Staff Associate in July 2011. As a Staff Associate, he served clients in the manufacturing, real estate and life sciences industries. Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Illinois CPA Society.

During his time at Miami, Daniel spent a semester at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management studying marketing and cross-cultural management. He is also a co-founder of the Farmer School of Business Ambassador Program, which executes recruitment initiatives for the Farmer School.

Roderick Mills Jr. graduated from Miami in 2018 with a Finance degree from the Farmer School of Business. Additionally, he was a student-athlete playing on the Men's Basketball Team for 4 years. He realized his dream of becoming a professional basketball player by playing in the Republic of Georgia after graduation. During his time overseas he started a financial literacy blog named "The Relentless Finisher" in order to keep his mind sharp and also to give back to others. In the blog which he continues today, he breaks down basic financial principles that are geared towards bridging the financial gap with young adults, especially athletes. During the offseason, between basketball workouts and training, he continued to build his business and financial acumen by working at J.C. Baker and Associates, a global consulting firm in Cincinnati. Under the guidance of Dr. J.C. Baker, he has been able to assist clients grow and expand their company and also experience how businesses actually operate. Currently, he continues to play professional basketball and simultaneously work for J.C. Baker and Associates. He looks forward to being part of YPAC and giving back to the next generation of Farmer students. He hopes to contribute to their learning on how to navigate the business school as well as achieve success in the real world upon graduation.

Post-graduation, Katherine joined Accenture's Cincinnati office as an Analyst specializing in JD Edwards implementation work. Following a year and a half of key learning experience, she pursued an interest in IT Security joining Deloitte's Security and Privacy team. Here Katherine helped with the design and implementation of security measures for ERP systems, specifically regarding segregation of duties. While at Deloitte, Katherine was also responsible for evaluation of IT risk and controls in a variety of environments. In November of 2010, she joined Grant Thornton's Business Advisory Services group in Chicago. She has worked on numerous projects in both the external and internal IT audit spaces. In Spring of 2012, Katherine transferred to Grant Thornton's Cincinnati office. She is now working for G.E. Oil & Gas in the Cincinnati office.

Prior to her current role, Mary held several roles within Marketing for Outdoor & Recreation and worked within Newell’s Transformation Office on a cross-functional team leading transformation and integration efforts across the organization. In her Transformation Office role, she focused on supply chain transformation strategy across Newell's brand portfolio, which is comprised of leading brands, such as Paper Mate, Sharpie, Marmot, Graco, Rubbermaid, and many others.

Before joining Newell Brands, Mary worked in strategy consulting for Parthenon-EY. She spent most of her time within Parthenon-EY's Private Equity Practice, where she worked on both buy- and sell-side engagements across several industries, including Education, Technology, Healthcare, and Consumer Goods. Mary also worked with corporate clients focusing on both strategic planning and product pricing strategy.

While at Miami, Mary majored in Marketing with minors in Spanish and Business Analytics. She was heavily involved in the William Isaac and Michael J. Oxley Center for Business Leadership as a Fellow and President of Student Leadership and Engagement.
