A Word From Former Students

“In my Management and Leadership classes, I found myself deeply engaged in the content, learning about leadership theories, change strategies, and even consulting practices. Since I started working with People Advisory Services at EY, I get to apply those teachings through a variety of client projects ranging from HR system implementation to change management. I have been able to succeed and flourish in my job and my other involvements thanks to the knowledge and experience I started building through my major.”

– Brandon F. ‘18, People Adversary Services Staff Consultant

“As a Program Manager for a Leadership Development Program, I work with leaders cross-functionally to create a talent pipeline for our organization and develop program initiatives that will be engaging for our participants. Not only has my coursework given me the confidence to lead, manage through change, and understand business strategy, but it has also prepared me to embrace the complexities and restraints of employment law, compensation, and overall human resource management. I am extremely grateful that my major has prepared me to take on the challenges and opportunities that I have faced in my career so far, so that I can positively impact the business and the lives of our employees on a daily basis.”
