Miami Benefits and Wellness Team is excited to host Fitness 4 Life programs this summer for all Miami faculty and staff with Miami ID and spouses with UMR health insurance card at no cost! Programs will be offered May 15–August 25, 2017.

Fitness 4 Life Fitness Centers

An air-conditioned fitness center is located on Oxford Campus in Phillips Hall, 113. It includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, strength training machines, free weights and more. Daily-use locker rooms and showers are available. Daily work out sessions are available M-F in PHI, 113 and Saturdays at the Miami Rec Center (also for no cost). Regional Campuses fitness centers are available as well.

No registration necessary, all fitness levels are welcome. Personal Trainers and fitness orientations also available at no cost to help jump start your fitness goals.

Group Fitness and Workshop Schedule

Enjoy group support and motivation with fitness classes ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, Fitness Fusion and more. New classes this summer include Power Aquatics, Spinning, and Tabata.
