Fitness 4 Life Winter/Spring Schedule Announced

Your Benefits and Wellness team is excited to announce a new Fitness 4 Life schedule for Winter and Spring terms from January 2 - May 18 in 2018.  Starting Tuesday, January 2, Phillips Hall 113 fitness center hours are as follows:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • 11:30-1:00 pm
    • 4:15-6:15 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday
    • 6:00-8:00 am
    • 11:30-1:00 pm
    • 4:15-6:15 pm
  • Saturday workout hours at the Rec Center are from 9:00-11:00 am

All Fitness 4 Life programs are free, at no-cost to all Miami faculty and staff as well as spouses on the health insurance plan.  Take a look at Fitness 4 Life online for more specific details and information on classes.  The new Fitness 4 Life group fitness schedule will feature fun, exciting workshops such as:

  • Low Impact Cardio Tone - Mondays, February 5 - March 12 from 12:10-12:55 pm at the Rec Center
  • Low Impact Water Aerobics - Thursdays, February 8 - March 15 from 12:10-12:45 pm at the Rec Center
  • Fusion Belly Dancing - Fridays, February 2 - March 9 from 12:10-12:55 pm in Phillips Hall 115 dance studio

It also features the return of Total Body Tone on Thursdays, 12:10-12:55 pm at North Quad fitness center (in basement of Martin Dining Hall, entrance faces Hahne and Flower residence halls).  Both Zumba classes will not begin until Monday, January 29.  Please visit the events calendar for more information on dates and times of our group fitness classes.
