- Healthy Miami Premium Discount Program (PDP) Online Steps: Begining 9/1 both the Tobacco-Free Certification and Health Plan Consent forms have moved to a new online format within your Healthy Miami account that allows your point to be awarded immediately upon submission.
- Monday Meditation & Wednesday Stetch Break: Although the Fitness 4 Life programs are cancelled for the time being, you can still join virtually M & W 10-10:20 am for a quick guided relaxation or desk stretch session.
- Regional’s Fall Biometric Screening Events: Employees on the Miami health plan can log into their Healthy Miami account to make a fasting biometric screening appointment for Middletown 9/8 & 10/28 or Hamilton 9/22 & 11/5.
- Tobacco-Free Virtual Class: See our HR news article for the latest tobacco-free resources, including classes beginning 9/9,10/12, and telephonic coaching options.
- TriHeath Mobile Mammography Unit: Women looking to schedule their routine mammogram can do so during campus visits at Hamilton & Middletown 9/22 and Oxford 10/7 & 11/5. Schedule an appointment by calling 513-569-6565 or online.
