Accessible Technology Symposium bigger and better in year four

Interested in learning more about accessibility? Want to investigate ways to remove barriers to learning for individuals with disabilities? Miami’s Accessible Technology team encourages you to mark your calendars for the 4th annual Access for All - Accessible Technology Symposium on Thursday, October 12 in the Shriver Center. The highlight of this year’s event will be a keynote address from Janet Peters titled Inclusion Drives Innovation. Peters is the Project Coordinator of Accessible and Assistive Technology with the Great Lakes ADA Center and has 20 years of experience promoting technology for people with disabilities. There will also be representatives from a variety of vendors, universities, and Miami's Student Disability Services included among the presenters for this event.
