What do I do if I think there are incorrect charges on my account?

It is possible that the transaction date on your bill may not coincide with the actual day the charge was incurred. For more information please contact the office/department that is responsible for creating the charge:

Financial Appeal Request

In cases where an extenuating circumstance is involved, a student can appeal for a refund for one or all classes. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances warranting a refund, click the below button to submit a financial appeal.
